THE BOOTH

 

What is Green screen?

We use the latest green screen technology to place a choice of 360 backgrounds behind you on your prints.

Is the Booth enclosed?

Yes, the booth is the fully enclosed type.

What power do you need?

We require 1 mains outlet socket. No more than 20m away.

Can it go outside?

We can only work outside if the booth is in a hardstanding marquee, fully covered… i.e roof & sides attached  with a hard floor and 2.5m height clearance.

What does the Booth look like?

How big is the Booth?

It is 2m long, 1.5m wide & 2m high.

 

THE PRINTS

 

Can you get digital copies?

Yes, all the prints from your hire are zipped up into an album and placed into our events download shop. These can be accessed approx 24 hrs after your hire for you & your guests to download every digital copy from your hire for free.

Do you get prints?

Yes, no matter what package you choose prints are included.

How many prints do you get?

Each visit to the booth is known as a session. During a session, the booth will take 4 photographs and place these on a  printout to take away. In a standard hire this is 1 printout per session, in a double prints hire this is 2 prints per session. You can have unlimited sessions during your hire time.

 

THE ALBUM

 

Is the album download a different thing?

Yes, all the prints from your hire are zipped up into an album and placed into our events download shop. These can be accessed approx 24 hrs after your hire for you & your guests to download every digital copy from your hire for free.

What is the album?

The album is a hard backed spiral bound book that we fill with copies of all the prints from your hire. Whilst your guests are waiting for their print, they have the opportunity to write a special message to accompany the album print. We leave you the album at the end of your hire.

 

PRICING

 

Do you price match?

We like to think we are the best priced around. Please note that if you do manage to find a cheaper hire, it may not contain the features we offer as standard. We’ll happily match a like for like hire. Just drop us a message on our contact form here

BOOKING

 

How do I book?

This can be done on our pricing page.  Click any make a booking button to go to the form. Your desired package can be made from the choices on the form.

When does my hire need to be paid?

£50 on receipt of your invoice with the remaining balance due no later than 14 days before your hire date or in full if booking within 14 days of a hire date.

How much is the deposit?

This is £50.

The deposit & is non – refundable. It is a booking fee that comes off your hire cost. Full details in our booking T&C’s here

Do you cover my area?

We cover the following postcode districts in the North West.

BB, BD, BL, CH, CW, FY, LL, L, LA, M, OL, PR, SK, WA, WN

 

INVOICING

 

Do you provide receipts?

Yes, your invoice is online based, unique to your booking & can be accessed at anytime from the initial link we send you on booking acceptance. Booking details, balance, due by date & receipts can be viewed instantly.

Can I see my balance?

Yes, your invoice is online based, unique to your booking & can be accessed at anytime from the initial link we send you on booking acceptance. Booking details, balance, due by date & receipts can be viewed instantly.

How do I pay?

We accept Bank transfer. Full payment details are sent with your invoice.

When does my hire need to be paid?

£50 on receipt of your invoice with the remaining balance due no later than 14 days before your hire date or in full if booking within 14 days of a hire date.

ON THE DAY

 

Do you provide props?

Yes, we bring a box of props… hat, glasses & signs for your guests to freely use.

Do you stay with the Booth?

Yes. We stay with the Booth throughout your hire.

When do you arrive?

We arrive for setup 60 – 90 minutes before your hire start time for setup.

 

THE VENUE

My function room is upstairs, does that matter?

No, that is not a problem. Just let us know in the special instructions box on the booking form.

What power do you need?

My venue has asked for a PAT Certificate.

Just let us know if they need it. We’ll liaise directly with your venue the week before your party date

Do I need to tell my venue?

We advise that you let your venue know that you have booked a booth.

Most venues have had a booth before & usually have a set place for it to be setup. Certain venues have an events team that will plan & implement your room layout as part of your hire with them. Letting them know in advance will greatly help them.

A selection of glasses, hats and signs are available at every hire.

The prints are super high quality. Full colour glossy waterproof prints every time & printed on the highest grade paper that’s also fade resistant for 100 years!
